We do offer free samples of our solid and engineered wood floors. We initially charge £0.35 for a sample and £4.00 postage and packaging with up to a maximum of 3 samples per sample order. This charge is refunded by the way of a bottle of floor cleaner which is sent out to you if you buy a floor from us over the value of £500.00 ex vat.
Samples must be ordered online.To order a sample click the "order a sample" link on the left side of the page once you have choosen the floor you require. 'copy' the product reference code, click "add to basket", when you are finished click "checkout". Then either 'paste' the product code to the 'order page' or email the product codes direct to gary@athenaflooring.co.uk

Before you order any samples please think carefully about the floor you require.
We limit sample orders to 3 samples per customer. Effectively this is a free service as we will refund the cost of the samples when you order a floor from us, please also bear in mind that sending samples costs us much more than £3.00 per sample and we send out hundreds of samples per week, for this reason and to keep our costs down please do not order multiple widths of the exact same floor, i.e. one sample each of our 90mm, 120mm and 150mm Virginia Oak is unnecessary as the timber on all three floors is exactly the same, it's just the widths that are different.
Note: Orders that contain multiple widths of the same floor will be rejected and we will send out only one width of sample.
Samples are despatched by our warehouse staff. In most cases you will receive your samples within 2 working days.
